(initialism) .  3D Markup Language; a set of tags and rules used to develop three dimensional representations of documents to be presented on the World Wide Web, allowing incorporation of text, graphics, sound, video, and hyperlinks. Internet browsers read 3DML through a plugin known as ''Rover'' to know what they should display.
